How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online here or by contacting our concierge team directly, 250-492-5353. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What should I expect for my first visit?
We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes early to unwind and complete a brief consultation form. This allows our team to tailor your treatment to your specific needs and preferences for a fully personalized experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This ensures we can accommodate other guests seeking time to relax with us.
Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
Absolutely. Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy at the time of booking so we can customize your experience accordingly.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not automatically included unless specified in select packages. If you wish to leave one, it is always appreciated and can be added at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer beautifully presented physical gift cards. They can be purchased online or in-spa and are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or to show appreciation.
What amenities are included with my treatment?
Guests are welcome to enjoy our relaxation area and complimentary water or tea before or after their treatment. Select packages may include additional amenities—please inquire for details.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We are conveniently located at 53 Front Street, Penticton, BC. Complimentary parking is available nearby in the lot at the end of the building complex.
