  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam for 24 hours

  • Skip intense workouts immediately after your treatment

  • Keep freshly waxed skin moisturized

  • Avoid direct sun exposure on treated areas

  • Gently exfoliate after a few days to help prevent ingrown hairs
