Luxe Club Membership Terms
Effective Date: March 2026
Luxe Club is a premium membership program offered by Melt Mineral Spa designed to provide members with regular spa treatments, exclusive benefits, and preferred pricing.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Luxe Club Membership program (“Membership”) offered by Melt Mineral Spa (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in a Luxe Club Membership, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Membership Overview
Luxe Club Memberships provide members with a set number of spa treatments each month along with exclusive retail discounts and additional benefits.
Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to services within Melt Mineral Spa’s Luxe Membership service menu.
Membership benefits may include retail discounts, complimentary beverages during services, and companion privileges depending on the selected membership tier.
2. Membership Tiers
Members may choose from the following membership options:
Two Treatments Per Month — $169/month

Three Treatments Per Month — $239/month
Includes:

Three treatments per month from the Luxe Membership service menu

Unlimited companion pass with 15% off guest treatments
Four Treatments Per Month — $299/month
Includes:

Four treatments per month from the Luxe Membership service menu

25% off retail purchases at Melt Mineral Spa

Unlimited companion pass with 15% off guest treatments
3. Membership Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on the original enrollment date.
Membership pricing is listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes may apply.
4. Treatment Credits
Each membership tier includes a set number of treatments per month.
Treatments must be redeemed within the membership billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Unused treatments do not carry forward unless explicitly permitted by Melt Mineral Spa.
Treatments included in the membership are non-transferable and must be used by the active member.
5. Companion Pass
Membership tiers that include a companion pass allow the member to bring a guest to receive spa treatments at a discounted rate.
Guest treatments receive a 15% discount off the regular service price when booked alongside a member appointment.
Companion pass benefits apply only when the member is present at the appointment.
6. Retail Discounts
Retail discounts apply only to purchases made at Melt Mineral Spa during an active membership.
Retail discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Retail discounts do not apply to gift cards or promotional bundles unless specified.
7. Sister Company Benefits
Where applicable, members may receive retail discounts at our sister company La Creme.
Sister company benefits are subject to the policies and availability of that business and may change with reasonable notice.
8. Membership Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
Members may request changes to their membership tier, pause their membership, or cancel their membership by contacting Melt Mineral Spa.
Cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Specific pause or modification policies may be communicated at the time of request.
9. Appointment Booking
All treatments are subject to appointment availability.
Standard spa booking policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows apply to all membership appointments.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the treatment credit.
10. Non-Transferability
Memberships and treatment credits are intended for the registered member only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
11. Program Changes
Melt Mineral Spa reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or program structure with reasonable notice.
Existing memberships will continue under the current terms until such changes take effect.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melt Mineral Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Luxe Club Membership program.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Melt Mineral Spa operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
