Appointment Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

At Melt Mineral Spa, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest. In order to respect the time of our clients and service providers, we ask that any changes to scheduled appointments follow the policy below.

1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Melt Mineral Spa may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings if a guest has multiple late cancellations or missed appointments.

2. Late Arrivals

Guests who arrive late for an appointment may receive a shortened service to ensure that the next scheduled guest is not delayed.

Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee.

3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may result in:

• A charge for the scheduled service, or

• The forfeiture of a membership treatment credit

4. Membership Appointments

For members of Luxe Club or other membership programs, missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the scheduled treatment credit for that billing cycle.

Membership benefits and credits cannot be reinstated for missed appointments unless otherwise approved at our discretion.

Membership treatment credits are considered redeemed once an appointment is scheduled and missed without proper notice.

5. Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Melt Mineral Spa reserves the right to require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings if a guest repeatedly cancels late or misses appointments.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. When updates are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised.
